30-Day Return Policy
Every Oregon product has been designed and manufactured to help you get your job done right. If you need to return a product purchased online from OregonProducts.com, here’s what you need to know:
- If you have a concern about the use or fit of the Oregon product you’ve purchased, you may first want to check the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website.
- Product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for full refund. (Original shipping fees are not refundable.)
- Before returning product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Oregon Customer Service. Product returned without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Product returned for credit must be unused and returned in original packaging with all documentation and accessories.
